Welcome to ParadigmNine.
Al Manji, entrepreneur, avid sports enthusiast and life-long community volunteer founded ParadigmNine (formerly Paradigm9) in 2006. The goal was to help companies with business strategy, development, and project management. After years of working with companies across many industries, it became obvious to Al that the most powerful business strategies needs an equally powerful partner to bring it to life. That partner is a solid, tailored communications plan tightly aligned to the organizations’ business objectives.
With this in mind, Al set out in search of a business partner who could take ParadigmNine in a new direction, providing clients with strategic communications partnership.
And so begins the next phase of ParadigmNine.
In 2018, Veronica Noronha, communications veteran, joined the agency and is now Partner and Managing Director. Like all working women, Veronica wears many hats, such as entrepreneur, content creator, Mom to two boys (Jacob & Thomas) and beloved Yorkie (Rev), baker, life-long learner, damn good listener and strategist. She is also a one-time performing arts student (!). Committed to always finding the best solutions for clients, Veronica looks for inspiration everywhere, especially when traveling with the love of her life and high-school crush, Franklin.
With over 15 years’ experience in corporate communications and multiple industry awards such as a CPRS Award of Excellence, an IABC Ovations Award and IABC Team of the Year, Veronica honed her skill to turn complex business strategies into inspiring content to engage and educate audiences.
